All sales are final. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must:

  1. Inspect your order within 2 business days of delivery.

  2. Contact us within this timeframe with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Claims submitted after the 2-business-day inspection period will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
